Process

From idea to “Ready for Sale” in four steps.

You talk to one person the whole way through. You see a working build on your own phone early and often, not a slide deck at the end.

STEP 1

Discovery

A free 20-minute call to hear what you want to build and who it's for. Within two business days you get a written scope, a fixed price and a timeline. You decide with the number in hand.

Week 0
STEP 2

Design

Wireframes first, so we agree on what every screen does before it looks pretty. Then high-fidelity screens you can tap through on your phone. Two rounds of revisions are included.

Weeks 1–2
STEP 3

Build

Native code in Swift or Kotlin, with a TestFlight or Play beta on your own device every week. You watch the app come together and catch anything that's off while it's cheap to change.

Weeks 3+
STEP 4

Launch

Store listings, screenshots, privacy labels, age ratings and submission. I handle the review back-and-forth with Apple and Google until the status says Ready for Sale.

Final week

Ownership

Built on your accounts, not mine.

The first thing we do on any project is set up your own Apple Developer Program and Google Play Console accounts, in your name or your company's. Apple's rules require the account holder to be the entity offering the app, and it's the only arrangement that makes you the real owner of the app, its ratings and its subscription revenue.

You then invite me into those accounts as a team member. That gives me everything I need to build, sign, upload betas and submit for review, without either of us ever sharing a password. The source code lives in a private Git repository that you own and I contribute to.

Any services the app depends on, such as a Cloudflare backend, a video host or push notifications, are created on accounts you own the same way. When the project is done there is nothing to hand over, because it was always yours. Keep me on a Care plan for updates, remove my access, or add a new developer later: all three are one click in the store console.

Tell me what you want to build.

Send a few sentences about the app, who it's for and roughly when you'd like it live. I reply within one business day with next steps and, if it's a fit, a time for a free 20-minute call.
